We work with teens (13+), adults, and professionals. Our teaching approach adapts to your age, learning preferences, and goals. We've successfully taught high school students preparing for exams, working professionals advancing their careers, and retirees learning for travel and personal enrichment.

We currently offer: Spanish tutoring (conversational, business, exam prep), English tutoring (accent reduction, business English, exam prep), Graphic Design (Adobe Suite, Affinity, illustration), Rhino 3D Modeling (NURBS, Grasshopper, parametric design), and soon AI Training (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, automation).

The S.O.S. Drop-In: $50/hour - No commitment, perfect for quick help or occasional sessions

The Accelerator (Most Popular): $160/month for 4 hours (works out to $40/session) - Best value with consistent progress

The Social Squad: $80/month for 4 group hours (works out to $20/session) - Great for families or friends learning together

Absolutely not. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. We believe in earning your business every month by delivering exceptional results. If you're not happy, you're free to stop—no questions asked, no hassle.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and e-transfer (for Canadian students). All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encrypted platforms. You'll receive an invoice for each payment automatically via email.

If you're not satisfied with your first paid session, we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked. For ongoing students, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis and always strive to make things right. Our goal is your success and satisfaction.

All sessions are conducted via video call using Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype—your choice! You'll receive a calendar invite with the video link 24 hours before each session. Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long and include interactive exercises, conversation practice, screen sharing for design work, and personalized feedback.

Yes! Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. We understand that life happens—work emergencies, illness, family obligations. Simply email us or reply to your calendar invite, and we'll find a new time that works for both of us.

Life happens! If you miss a session, contact us as soon as possible. We're flexible and understanding. For monthly package students, we'll typically work with you to reschedule if possible. For drop-in sessions, unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for no-shows, but we're always happy to schedule your next session.

We're based in Toronto (EST/EDT), but we teach students worldwide! We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different timezones. Whether you're in California, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we'll find session times that work for your schedule.

Most students notice improvement within 2-3 weeks. For languages, conversational fluency typically takes 3-6 months with consistent practice (2-4 sessions per week). For design and 3D modeling, you'll start creating professional-quality work within 2-3 months. Progress varies based on your dedication, prior experience, and time invested between sessions.

Yes! All digital workbooks, exercises, reference materials, and practice resources are included in your package at no extra cost. You'll receive PDFs, custom exercises, video tutorials, and project files tailored to your learning path. The only thing you might need to purchase is software (like Adobe Creative Cloud or Rhino license) if you don't already have it.

Absolutely! Whether it's business Spanish, exam preparation, conversational practice, logo design, architectural modeling, or any specific skill, we customize your entire curriculum to your goals. Just tell us what you want to achieve, and we'll build your learning plan around it.

Yes, but it's flexible! We assign practice exercises and projects between sessions to reinforce your learning and accelerate progress. However, we adapt to your schedule and availability. If you have a busy week, we adjust. The more you practice between sessions, the faster you'll progress—but we meet you where you are.

Just a device with internet connection, webcam, and microphone (built-in is fine). For language learning, that's all you need! For design and 3D modeling, you'll also need the relevant software installed (Adobe Creative Cloud, Rhino, etc.) and a mouse (for design work, a drawing tablet is helpful but not required).

We can record sessions for your review if you'd like! Just let us know at the beginning of the session. Recordings are for your personal use only and can be incredibly helpful for reviewing concepts, practicing pronunciation, or following along with design demonstrations at your own pace.
